The refund amount will consist of the remaining, unspent ad budget. This does not include ad credits (or vouchers), service fees, taxes, or any other incurred costs.

Payment Method

Refunds will be issued ONLY to the original payment method used by the client. If the original payment method is no longer available, additional information may be required, and Elso reserves the right to reject the refund if the client fails to comply.

Processing Time

Refunds may take 5-20 business days to process, depending on the payment method used by the client.
